The principal of Localis, Albert Flootman, is a seasoned planner and chief administrative officer with more than 30 years of experience in local government.  His broad experience includes planning and development services, downtown revitalization, oversight of engineering and public works, project management, emergency management and disaster recovery, and leadership within local government organizations.

With experience in three Canadian provinces and an extensive network, Albert offers a strategic perspective on issues, and is positioned to add value to your project, whether public or private.
